Shared vocals on "Suzie Q."

[edit]

What is the source of this information? I've read countless bios on Creedence and never once have I read that Suzie Q. was a shared vocal effort between John and Tom Fogerty.

Also, the album credit information is QUITE incomplete. The original recording engineer was Walt Payne, I believe. The Japanese gentlemen listed are the engineers responsible for the modern re-master of the album(s). It's amazing the information that was 'forgotten' when vinyl got shoved aside to make way for digital. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.30.202.18 (talk) 00:37, 13 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Reception

[edit]

Getting pretty tired of Allmusic pretending it existed in the sixties. This is no indication at all of how the album was received at the time.142.232.98.47 (talk) 01:42, 23 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

1968

[edit]

Wow, this album actually came out in May? Because CCR played our high school prom in June and nobody had ever heard of them. The prom committee got them because they were cheap.  :) I always brag that they played our prom. 06:58, 16 August 2018 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.78.167.204 (talk) In the page of the album it is written released in July (I think this is correct), in the discography page it is written released in May... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 37.100.118.67 (talk) 18:28, 20 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
