Oppose. Just to be a little bit harsh, I wonder why quite a few clearly unsuitable pics appear in Featured Picture Candidates, often out-of-focus or washed out or tilted? This if for Featured Pictures, not for merely Good Enough pictures. Sorry to be a little cruel but it needed to be said. This pic is drab with a washed out background.
