In response to the question about what closure...

I have to say, I'm very disappointed with the motion to close here, as it seems not to come so much out of a deadlock or out of a failure to find any conduct that can be considered at fault, so much as out of a failure to actually get onto the remedies and enforcement stage of things for months.
