Why were Walter Wetzel and Two Guns White Calf omitted?
[edit]Why is there no mention of the instigator of the original logo, Walter Wetzel, from the Blackfeet Nation?
And no mention either of the person who was the inspiration for the illustration.

Seems wikipedia wants to completely erase Native Americans' connections to the franchise. Hayden41 (talk) 11:29, 9 May 2024 (UTC)

- @Hayden41 A mention of Mr Wetzel was added to the section "Redskins name and logo controversy" on May 16, apparently as a result of Senator Daines' testimony on the subject at a Senate hearing. I have added the link to John Two Guns White Calf and added an extra sentence based on the Guardian link you provided. Thanks for the suggestion. rbrwr± 20:51, 6 July 2024 (UTC)
